Despite some negative reviews, we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and well-equipped with coffee/tea facilities and a large flatscreen TV. The comfortable bed and bathtub added to the overall comfort. The service was satisfactory as well. It's important to note that the hotel is not within walking distance of the city, but it is conveniently located near the highway.

The hotel lacked charm and character both inside and out. The buffet supper offered was not of good value, with a tasteless soup, bland salad, processed meat, and bread.

The Hotel was easy to find. Very near the main road. Free car parking..The room was ok in size and many storage places. Had also cable tv. With Canal+ for free. We stayed there for a low price.

The breakfast was not so good, but since we stayed there for a low price it was as expected. The room could be more clean, some body hair in the bathroom.

It was not possible to have internet when we came after 22-00, because reception was closed, but code is needed for internet access thou it is free

The staff were so good (Christine, Catherine Marlin) in helping us with picnic spots and things to see.The complimentary evening soup + salad was special and appreciated and they even accommodated my being vegetarian with a separate salad.

Since it rained frequently it would have been a treat to unpack and pack the car under an awning.

The spacious rooms and free coffee and tea were appreciated. the hotel's proximity to the highway made it easy to find and the parking lot was a plus.

Nice soup and salad bar in evening as well as the breakfast buffet. Outside of town center but easily reached by city bus if you don't have a car. Clean and modern hotel. Free wi-fi as well as computer in lobby for guest use.

The location and room were excellent, as right by the motorway junction and only 5 minutes from the city centre while the room was a good size and very clean. The hotel not only provided tea and coffee facilities in the room but also had free coffee and biscuits in the lobby 24hrs and a small buffet snack between18.00 hrs and 21.00 hrs

The hotel is next door to a petrol station and if you are on the ground floor in an even number room your window view is face to face with people using the petrol pumps, so privacy is something of an issue.

Good interior decoration, very clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast adequate although with not a lot of variety. Staff very helpful, stayed late to let me in.

Sunday arrival reception arrangements were really weird. Luckily we we're able to get also internet connection before the whole staff was gone for the rest of the day. I don't know if it's because of the renovation, hopefully so. Service room was also out of order, even that it was mentioned in the hotel material.

Really value for money. A very good supper included in the roomprice - this service was very welcome.

the front desk staff did not know about how to register, or if it was possible to register miles in star alliance when we asked. but he registred my Eurobonus card. The double bed was moving,it was two single beds not fixed together and we fell to the floor

This hotel was perfect for a visit to Karlstad. The staff was helpful and courteous, The room was clean and highly functional. It was easy access to highways, shopping. The morning coffee was perfect.

Clean rooms, quiet stay. Good location for car drivers.

Bit boring - the hotel doesn't have a bar & a pool or sauna would've been nice.
